mixed feelings about my stay

lack of hot waterlimited soundproofing

i encountered a few issues . the lack of hot water was definitely a problem , especially in the mornings. also , the noise from the hallway was quite disruptive. i could hear other guests and staff clearly through the walls . the limited soundproofing affected the overall quality of my stay.

the location was fantastic, walking distance to the colosseum!!! the room was impeccably clean with everything i needed. the staff arranged champagne on arrival at my request and this was accommodated quickly. the staff were so professional and polite!!!

The hot water was non existent. It could have been hotter.

the location was definitely ideal, steps away from the colosseum.

I found the lack of hot water in the bathroom unacceptable. Despite reporting the issue, it was not resolved . the only suggestion i received was to wait longer, implying a repair would only be attempted after my departure.
